Who is Sarah?

Sarah was originally created in 2002 by an aged care service manager. After the system was used to gain a commendable for standard 1.8 a commercial application was born.

Over the years Sarah has operated in many facilities and has helped to pass hundreds of accreditations. Data is easily produced at the touch of a button. Facility managers can gather reports, graphs and information simply and easily. Monitoring that Residents are receiving the care that they should is simple. Staff are alerted to tasks when arriving for their shifts and when care is given the documentation just falls in to place.

Medication management
Our medication management module will significantly reduce medication errors. Medication rounds are easily accessed, split into wings or sections, and medication is administered with a sign off. Any errors will trigger incidents to be recorded. PRN medication will trigger a progress note to be followed up. Communication between the pharmacy, GP and facility has never been more convenient. Sarah's all about quality. Risk assessments, quality improvement registers, action planning and Document control are all part of the Sarah package. The cascade effect is well and truly in place. A user may log a CQI event, this in turn may trigger and action plan or HR issue and the integration between systems is seamless.

Sarah home care offfers a solution for your home care needs. Manage packages, budgets and services all from a management hub. Updates are pushed to the web portal and the carers in the field can complete tasks and report on time taken and km's travelled. Transactions are then processed giving your management an up to date view of balances. Planning tools allow you to keep track of spending and budget. The budget forecast allows you to monitor longer term budgets. Alert systems will notify you when services are not completed. Staff are kept up to date with integrated emails and SMS functions.
